All orders ship from:

2. Domestic & international shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Shipping costs & fees

Free standard shipping for all U.S. orders, including Alaska and Hawaii.

There are no hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay taxes and duties, if applicable, will be shown during checkout.

4. Carriers & delivery methods

We use trusted carriers for example USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier chosen depends on your delivery address, the item size/weight, and service availability.

5. Order processing & cut-off time

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

7. Order tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and carrier link. Use that information to monitor delivery status. If you don’t receive a tracking email, contact us details below.

8. Returns & refunds 

Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must follow our returns guidelines see Return Policy for details.

Refunds: Processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

9. Delivery problems & reporting timelines

Wrong or damaged items: Please report within 24 hours of delivery and include photos if possible.

Missing packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days from the shipping date, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

10. Order edits & cancellations

You can request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing or shipping and will be handled under the Returns & Refunds process.
