1. Return eligibility & how to start a return

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

with your order number and reason for return. We’ll review your request and reply with next steps.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.

2. Condition required for returns

To qualify for a return the item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and free of odors.

In its original packaging with all tags still attached.

Not worn, altered, or damaged by misuse.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

3. Items that cannot be returned

The following are non-returnable:

Final sale or clearance items clearly marked “final sale”

4. Return shipping charges

Return shipping is free for eligible returns when we provide a prepaid label.
